Sauna world

Lovers of heat will definitely enjoy our saunas offering a wide selection of temperature and humidity. Our professional sauna-masters are awaiting for you with special sauna programmes and aromatic experiences.

There is a wide selection of aromatic experiences, such as poppy seed, honey, ice, coffee, cinnamon, coconut, yoghurt etc. Unleash your imagination and try as much as you want!

 

   

 

Finnish sauna
90 C, low humidity, detoxicating type sauna. Recommended time of use: 5-15 minutes per occasions.

Recommended length of time: maximally 4x15 minutes.

 

Infrared sauna
The temperature inside the infrared sauna is lower (40-45 °C ). It means less strain for our body than Finnish sauna. It has already a remarkable effect after some use on removing toxins, weight loss, and on skin.
Recommended length of time: 30-40 minutes.

 

Apricot aromatic sauna
55-60 C sauna, with evocative aromatic tea-lights. It is healthy to inhale the aromas. A perfect mix of pleasant smell and mild heat to reduce stress.

Recommended length of time: 20-25 minutes.

 

Stollen Sauna
It is a very hot and dry sauna (100-105 °C) made of stones.

Steam sauna
In the steam sauna humidity approaches 100%, the temperature is set to 40 °C with a pleasant aroma inside. The hot steam stimulates blood circulation, helps to expand and cleanse skin pores.
Recommended length of time:  10-15 minutes.

Salt room
The room looks different from the sauna, it is made of salt bricks. It is very good to treat asthma diseases and respiratory tract infection. We recommend it for smokers too.

Plunging pool
It is recommended to take a plunging pool after using the sauna. The water temperature is 16°C. The cold water helps keep blood vessels trained, tighten skin pores and stimulate blood circulation. Use it for some minutes while you are continuously moving.

 

Kneipp treading pool
It is a pool, which consists of 4 parts with alternating temperature: two of them are cold and the other two are hot. It is great against varicose veins and vascular system problems. It is advisable to spend about 10 seconds in each part and then move onto the next one. The bottom of the pool is covered with pebbles which massage your feet while having a bath, enhancing the effects of beneficial medicinal water.

 

Here are some tips to help you achieve the most effective results:

  • take a shower and dry off before using the sauna
  • try not to eat much or anything right before your sauna bath
  • drinking water (possibly mineral water) is strongly encouraged after your sauna session
  • do not “suffer” in the sauna, stay inside as long as you feel comfortable
  • do not use the sauna if you have fever or if you are under the age of 14
  • relax at least 20-30 minutes after using the sauna 

Sauna etiquette:

  • The sauna can only be used with a valid ticket.
  • The use of either a towel or a sauna towel is mandatory.
  • Having a shower before and after using the sauna is compulsory.
  • Before using the plunging pool having a shower is a must.
  • Children under the age of 14 have to be with adult 


We don’t recommend:

  • wearing slippers in the sauna
  • taking fragile objects into the sauna (glass, plate, mirror etc.)
  • disturbing the other guest in any way (mobile phone, radio, etc.)
  • eating or drinking alcoholic drinks in the sauna
  • using the sauna under the influence of alcohol (we don’t take any responsibility if anyone uses the sauna and get hurt)
  • pouring chemicals onto the sauna stove
